The people in this garage went beyond their job description when they helped me - stuck alone on the M80. Give them all your custom :)

AVOID AVOID AVOIDIf you like your car on the road and money in your pocket then this garage isnt the place for you, unorganised, very bad coustomer service. This is the company that will make very expensive mistakes causing damage to your car but cover it up and let you drive out the door. Example a Vauxhall in for service, the mechanic cross threaded the spark plugs but instead of telling the coustomer, they just took spark plugs off the invoice to make it look like it was the last garages fault. They also use aftermarket parts but tell you they have used dealership parts and charge you the more expensive price, this isnt just for the cars but also the hgv side. They have very little respect for there employees, time and effort means nothing to them. If it aint profiting them then they dont want to know, might think yeah thats what a company is meant to do but this one has no respect for you or your vehicle. They would also do there best to get work out of you making up faults, making up air leaks on your truck just to get work.. I would recommend the other garages at the buttom of garrell road before going to this place.
Booked through Black Circles website. I was given a time slot but called the garage when it wasn't suitable. Pleasant response to my request, no quibble about a new time. On arrival, service was prompt and to my liking.
I needed a quick tyre repair today and they did it immediately for a reasonable price. The young car mechanic was very helpful. This was my first time at this garage but would recommend to everyone. Great local business. Thanks very much again!
