Customer service is shocking they dont bother to contact you, Time keeping is awful and I have dashcam footage of workers calling me rude names. Avoiddd this place.Only once was I phoned the entire time. I had to call numerous times to get an estimate booked, again on the day of the estimate to find out a time, again few days later to find out if estimate was approved and when my car would be booked in, again to arrange what time my car was getting picked up, again to find progress of repairs. Time keeping it ridiculous...took 1 week to get estimated, 3 weeks to get a booking date for repairs and then took 1 week to replace a rear bumper and smooth a tailgate. Also have footage on my dashcam of workers calling me names and being unprofessional whilst being repaired, says it all really. Repair work was carried out to a reasonable level but thats about all.
