I bought a new build from Taylor Wimpey in 2011 and this mob were in charge of all things electrical. The wiring in the kitchen was messed up. Turned the cooker hood on and the dishwasher would start. Turn the fridge on and the washing machine would start. The 3 lights under the kitchen units, at 75 each, stopped working, faulty unit, not bulb. I've had no light in the upstairs bathroom for 6 years as not had time to locate/find unit to replace it. I hear they do plumbing also, is that right? might explain why my brand new enamel bath had a big black chip out of it, which had very carefully been tipp-exed over...but don't worry I've no light in bathroom to see it!! And even if they decided to come out and fix this mess, I wouldn't hear them as the electric doorbell stopped working 3 years ago...no stars really.
