Called 86 times and still no answer for an appointment been trying since8am absolutely joke
Place is a joke , they tell you your next in the cue when really your about 10 down the cue, almost every time iv had to wait over 30mins for my appointment time.
Nice staff who have always been as helpful as they can be (in my experience), but getting an appointment is a challenge. It's like when you're trying to learn kung fu and every day they say come back tomorrow young grasshoppa.
Trying to make a quicker appointment by phoning earlier is a waste of time, it is rarely answered, straight to busy tone and cuts off. On my 50th attempt to contact them, still nothing, it's not good enough.
Reception staff are lovely.. often have to wait awhile to be taken into your appointments though. Doctors are hit or miss, can't say I have overly positive experiences with many of them.
