Had the first of two appointments today for the fitting of my new crowns, today being the day when the bulk of the work was done. Rico and Stephanie made the entire procedure very comfortable and completely pain free. Couldnt recommend highly enough.
Just had my veneers fitted and I'm so stoked with the results, it's the first time in my life that I can finally smile with confidence. I recommend this extremely professional and competent team to anyone serious about having their teeth done. Happy days !!

I called the practice first thing this morning for some advice and an appointment. The person who answered the phone didnt say their name but was absolutely no help whatsoever. I advised that I had a problem with a crown coming out and I was probably looking at having a new one done to be told that their dentist wouldnt touch anyone elses work. Im pretty sure that would mean no one could ever change dentists then if theyd had any previous work done plus its contrary to the pictures on their Instagram account ... Anyway when I said, again, I wasnt expecting a fix, I would be looking at a new crown I was told that it would be a 20 consultation fee. I said that was fine I was happy to pay, then she said it would be weeks and weeks away anyway as their dentist was really really busy. You would think they didnt want the business! I gave up and called another practice in Glasgow who said they could see me tomorrow morning to have a check up, get my crown recemented and they would go over my options as they know patients can be really self conscious about loose crowns. Very poor customer service from whoever answered the oak tree dental telephone this morning and a loss of business!
Amazing team who treat you like family. We have been attending for over 10 years and look forward to catching up with the staff at our check-ups....who can say that about their Dentist. My wife and I cant recommend the team highly enough. My wife was terrified of visiting dentists and now she tells everyone how fantastic her dentist is. Any fears will be washed away I can assure you.
